Overview

Nessa is an intellectual property litigator in the London office of Kirkland & Ellis International LLP. She has extensive trial experience with high-tech and life sciences patents, having brought cases in the English High Court, IPEC, Court of Appeal, EUIPO and UKIPO. Nessa has experience with complex IP litigation within the UK and in pan-European matters as well as transactional intellectual property matters. Nessa has advised on intellectual property matters across a variety of sectors including pharmaceuticals, biotechnologies, telecommunications and retail.

Nessa’s practice includes all aspects of intellectual property including patents, trademarks, copyright and designs.
