Bomin is an intellectual property associate in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Bomin focuses her practice on patent litigation. She has represented clients involving a wide range of industries and technologies, including telecommunications systems, medical devices, ad-hoc network methods, pharmaceuticals, and open source software. She has experience in many aspects of litigations, including drafting and responding to pleadings and motions, drafting and responding to patent contentions and claim construction briefings, conducting document and written discovery, preparing both offensive and defensive depositions, and conducting legal research on variety of topics.
