Matt Kim is a corporate associate in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Matt’s practice focuses on the formation, structuring and management of private equity funds and other investment vehicles, as well as the operational and legal issues faced by their sponsors. Matt also has experience representing institutional investors in connection with their investments in private funds.
