Alice is an associate in the Technology and IP Transactions Practice Group in the London office of Kirkland & Ellis International LLP. Alice supports clients on the intellectual property, technology and IT elements of corporate transactions and other commercial agreements.

Alice also advises clients on data protection compliance in relation to European and UK data privacy laws.

Prior to joining Kirkland, Alice trained and worked at Clifford Chance LLP in the Telecommunications, Media and Technology Group, providing her with additional valuable experience advising clients on the telecommunications, data privacy and technology aspects of international commercial transactions.
