Overview

Keith Kobylka is a litigation associate in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. He has represented numerous clients in state and federal courts across the country in a broad range of matters, including breach of contract, trade secret misappropriation, copyright and trademark infringement, bankruptcy-related litigation, insurance fraud, and First Amendment actions. He has also successfully litigated numerous suits brought under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act and keeps a healthy portfolio of pro bono work.
