Caitlin Kovacs is a litigation partner in the Chicago office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Her practice focuses on complex commercial litigation matters with experience in federal and state courts, including breach of contract, fraud, products liability, and antitrust issues. Caitlin also focuses on representing companies and individuals in connection with regulatory enforcement proceedings and corporate internal investigations. She has an active pro bono practice, representing clients in civil court and administrative proceedings relating to requests for asylum, DACA status, and other issues.
