Jessica Lam is an intellectual property litigation associate in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. She has worked on matters involving a range of technologies, including telecommunications systems, pharmaceutical compositions, biomedical devices, and computer software and hardware. Jessica has experience with all stages of litigation, including initial pre-suit analysis and strategy, fact and expert discovery, summary judgment, trial, and post-trial briefing.

Jessica also maintains an active pro bono practice focused on special education and immigration matters.
