Branden Lankford is a corporate associate in the Austin office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. His practice focuses on representing public and private companies, private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies in complex domestic and international transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and joint ventures, with a particular focus on the energy and infrastructure sectors. Branden's transactional experience also includes advising clients in connection with various commercial agreements and general corporate matters.
