Nate Lawson is an associate in the Houston office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP and a member of the FinTech Practice Group.
Nate has experience in advising and representing traditional and non-traditional financial institutions, financial services and financial technology companies, investment firms and payment networks, both on the transactional and regulatory side. He is involved with advising clients on issues relating to digital assets, including cryptocurrency, NFTs, and STOs.
Nate has extensive background in smart contract development, blockchain-based data privacy platforms, standard software licensing and digital wallets.
