Sophia Lee is an intellectual property litigation associate in the Washington, D.C., office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Her practice focuses on patent infringement litigation and other intellectual property matters before the U.S. Federal Courts, the Patent Trial and Appeal Board, and the International Trade Commission. Sophia has worked on a variety of complex matters involving diverse technologies, including radio frequency identification devices, quantum dot technology, and online communication systems. She has experience in key areas of intellectual property litigation, including fact and expert discovery, prior art and claim construction analysis, case-dispositive motion practice, and trial and witness preparation.

Sophia also maintains an active pro bono practice, including matters involving asylum and appeals before the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
