Sebastian Lehmann is a Registered Foreign Lawyer in the Hong Kong office of Kirkland & Ellis. Sebastian has experience in a variety of transactional matters, including advising corporates and private equity funds on cross-border M&A transactions and representing institutional investors and fund sponsors in connection with the acquisition and sale of partnership interests on the secondary market. Sebastian also represents global, regional and local fund sponsors in structuring and forming private investment funds.
