Andrew Lombardo is a corporate associate in the Houston office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Andrew concentrates his practice primarily in the areas of mergers & acquisitions, private equity and corporate governance. He represents buyers, sellers, private equity funds and their portfolio companies, and financial institutions in a variety of complex corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, divestitures, restructurings, recapitalizations, minority investments, and incentive equity arrangements.
