James John Lomeo is an intellectual property associate in the Washington, D.C., office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. James focuses his practice on patent infringement and trade secret litigations. He has academic and technical experience in a wide variety of technologies involving both hardware and software.

Prior to joining Kirkland & Ellis LLP, James gained technical experience in the computer science field by spending time in the technology department at a Fortune 100 company. He has also worked with small businesses and nonprofits by helping these entities establish and improve their online presence.
