Irene Martínez Saltó is a litigation visiting attorney in the Chicago office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Her practice focuses on white collar defense, corporate compliance and investigations. She has experience in representing clients in all types of white-collar litigation, including allegations of bribery and corruption, fraud, money laundering, false accounting and tax evasion. She also has extensive experience in advising top technology companies regarding privacy, defamation, hate speech and data protection issues.

Irene has also advised multinationals on anti-bribery internal investigations, sanctions and compliance issues. She is experienced in designing compliance models, providing tailored compliance trainings, implementing whistleblowing systems and advising internal committees regarding compliance matters.
