Philip McEachen is a partner in the London office of Kirkland & Ellis International LLP.
Philip has experience in UK and EU financial regulation and funds matters, including work relating to the interpretation of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 and the secondary legislation that supports it. Philip’s experience concerns all aspects of UK and EU financial regulation, with a specific focus on the regulatory issues impacting the private investment fund industry.
