Andrew Medeiros is an associate in the Investment Funds Practice Group of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Andrew's practice focuses primarily on mergers and acquisitions, minority stake deals, seeding arrangements, structured equity transactions and other transactions involving alternative asset management firms on both the “sell-side” and “buy-side.” In addition, his practice includes advising on upper-tier arrangements, succession planning and broader firm restructurings for the principals of investment management firms.
