Joint Ventures
Represented TPG Real Estate on its joint venture with Digital Realty (NYSE: DLR), the largest global provider of cloud- and carrier-neutral data center, colocation and interconnection solutions, in which TPG acquired majority stake in three stabilized hyperscale data centers in Northern Virginia and the related financing thereof. The three hyperscale data centers were contributed to the joint venture at an aggregate value of $1.5 billion.
Represented U.S. private equity fund with the formation of a programmatic joint venture for the acquisition and development of single family homes located throughout the U.S.
Represented U.S. private equity fund in connection with its joint venture for the $285 million acquisition and development of industrial properties throughout the U.S.
Represented U.S. private equity fund with the formation of a programmatic joint venture for the acquisition of mixed-use properties located throughout the U.S.
Financings
Represented U.S. private equity fund in the placement of a $300 million revolving credit facility to be used for the acquisition of single family homes throughout the U.S.
Represented U.S. private equity fund as borrower in $83 million first mortgage financing secured by mixed use assets located in Houston, Texas.

Represented Realterm Logistics Fund II in a sale of all its assets in a single transaction for $945 million.
Represented U.S. private equity fund in connection with its $60 million sale of 18 hospitality properties located throughout the U.S.
Represented U.S. private equity fund in connection with its $325 million sale of 8 multifamily properties located throughout the U.S.
Represented U.S. private equity fund in connection with its $40 million sale of a hotel in Rockville, MD.
Represented U.S. private equity fund in connection with its $32 million sale of a multifamily asset located in Bellevue, Washington.
