Adine Mitrani’s practice focuses on structuring and negotiating complex transactions involving technology, intellectual property, content and data. In particular, Adine has worked on mergers and acquisitions, minority investments, debt financings, joint ventures, strategic alliances, license agreements, development agreements and services agreements.

During the spring through summer of 2019, Adine participated in a secondment at Equinox Media LLC.

Adine’s pro bono practice includes advising Lumos (founded by J.K. Rowling) and Born This Way Foundation (founded by Lady Gaga and her mother) on technology and intellectual property matters.
