Adine Mitrani’s practice focuses on technology and intellectual property-related transactions, including the drafting and negotiation of certain commercial agreements (supply, distribution and general services), data transfer and sharing agreements, and software, trademark, patent, and technology licenses. In addition, her experience includes evaluating and advising on complex intellectual property and technology issues that arise in general corporate transactions such as mergers and acquisitions, private equity and debt financing transactions. She has advised U.S. and foreign companies on intellectual property protection and ownership issues in the context of collaborations and joint-ventures.
