Since joining Kirkland, Andrew has worked on the following matters:

• CPP Investments and Motive Partners on the $1.4 billion investment in FNZ, a global wealth management platform. 
• Fox Corporation on the joint venture with Gordon Ramsay to jointly form new production entity STUDIO RAMSAY GLOBAL.

Prior to joining Kirkland, Andrew worked on the following matters:

• Cerberus Capital Management on the acquisition of certain subsidiaries of Axsesstoday Limited (now known as Angle Finance).
• LOGOS Group on the acquisition by ARA Asset Management of a majority stake.
• LifeHealthcare, a portfolio company of Pacific Equity Partners, on numerous bolt-on acquisitions.
• Pacific Equity Partners on the acquisition of Horizon Global Corporation’s Asia Pacific business (now known as AutoPacific Group).
• Pacific Equity Partners on the acquisition of WINconnect.
• The doctor shareholder group of PRP Diagnostic Imaging on the sale of that business to Crescent Capital.
• Villa World Limited on the acquisition by AVID Property Group by way of scheme of arrangement.
