Overview

Ryan Myers is a litigation partner in the Houston office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. He practices primarily in the areas of white collar criminal defense and internal investigations. Ryan has conducted dozens of investigations for companies facing allegations of corruption, environmental offenses, and financial crimes.

Prior to joining Kirkland, Ryan worked on the following representative matters:

  • Represented corporate and individual clients under investigation for violations of the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act.
  • Represented energy corporations under investigation for violations of export controls and U.S. sanctions directed at Russia, Iran, and Cuba.
  • Represented financial institution under investigation for money laundering and violations of the U.S. Bank Secrecy Act.
  • Represented engineering firm under investigation for corruption by the Integrity Vice Presidency of the World Bank Group.
