Tyler Neal is a corporate associate in the Chicago office of Kirkland & Ellis. Her practice focuses on advising private equity firms and public and private companies on complex M&A and corporate transactions, including domestic and international mergers and acquisitions, corporate carve-out transactions, leveraged buyouts, "going-private" transactions, as well as general corporate governance matters.
Tyler has handled matters for numerous private equity sponsors including Thoma Bravo, Madison Dearborn, Partners AE Industrial Partners, among others, as well as many of their portfolio companies.
