Elizabeth Nielson is a litigation associate in the Salt Lake City office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP.
Before joining Kirkland, Elizabeth served as a law clerk to retired Justice Anthony M. Kennedy and Justice Amy Coney Barrett of the Supreme Court of the United States, Judge Jeffrey S. Sutton of the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit and Justice Thomas R. Lee of the Utah Supreme Court.
