Casey is a partner in the Investment Funds Practice Group of Kirkland & Ellis LLP.
Casey advises private investment fund sponsors on a variety of corporate, transactional and securities law matters. Her practice focuses on the formation, structuring and management of private investment funds. In addition, Casey counsels sponsors on ongoing regulatory, compliance and operational matters.
Casey’s experience also includes representing U.S. and non-U.S. fund-of-funds investors in connection with their investments in private equity and venture capital funds, together with co-investment vehicles.
