Erin Ogburn is a litigation associate in Kirkland’s New York office. She has represented clients in federal and state courts and internal investigations in a broad range of litigation matters, including ERISA, RICO, antitrust, commercial contracts, fraud, consumer protection, environmental, and securities. Erin’s pro bono experience includes matters involving special education, clemency, prisoner rights, voting rights, and immigration issues. Erin received the Kirkland & Ellis Pro Bono Service Award in 2015, 2016, and 2017.
