Dvir’s practice concentrates on complex business transactions, including domestic and cross border mergers and acquisitions, tender and exchange offers, carve-out transactions, joint ventures and investments in general partners. He has represented public and private acquirers and target companies, boards of directors and special committees in a variety of transactions. In addition, his practice includes counseling public and private companies on corporate governance, securities and strategic matters. Dvir has represented numerous private equity funds including Accel-KKR, Apax Partners, Avista Capital, Bain, Carlyle, Warburg Pincus and TowerBrook. He also advises public and private companies.
