Jennifer Pepin is a partner in the Firm’s Executive Compensation Practice Group. Jennifer advises employers and executives on a wide range of executive compensation matters. She has extensive experience representing private equity investors in structuring equity compensation, rollover investments, and executive employment and severance arrangements in connection with complex mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings and spin-offs, and ongoing company representations.
