Nathalie Petritis is an associate in the Government & Internal Investigations Group in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Nathalie focuses her practice on representing clients in investigations, government enforcement actions, and cross-border transactions related to economic sanctions, anti-corruption laws, anti-money laundering, and export controls. Nathalie also represents multinational organizations and individuals in U.S. DOJ, SEC, FINRA, and CFTC matters relating to insider trading, the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, futures and derivative products, and securities regulations.
