Eilidh Reid is a transactional associate in the London office at Kirkland & Ellis International LLP. Eilidh is a first class honour's graduate (summa cum laude) from the University of Edinburgh, Scotland. She was selected for a one year international law exchange at the University of Texas at Austin School of Law. Following Law school in Scotland Eilidh was a merit scholarship recipient at Duke Law School where she attained her masters in law — LL.M., with a Certificate of Specialization in Business Law. Eilidh has experience in a range of corporate matters, including US, UK and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions and general corporate advisory work.
