• Black Rifle Coffee Company on its business combination with SilverBox Engaged Merger Corp I, sponsored by SilverBox Capital LLC and Engaged Capital LLC, to form BRC Inc., a new public benefit corporation
• Verizon on the sale of Verizon Media to funds managed by Apollo Global Management, Inc. for $5 billion  
• Collier Creek Holdings, a special purpose acquisition company, on its combination with Utz Quality Foods, LLC, a leading U.S. manufacturer of branded salty snacks, to form Utz Brands, Inc.
• Danaher Corporation in its $9.6 billion acquisition of Aldevron
• Shenandoah Telecommunications Company (“Shentel”) on the sale of Shentel’s wireless assets and related rights to T-Mobile USA, Inc. for $1.95 billion
• EQT Infrastructure on its acquisition of Covanta Holding Corporation for $5.3 billion
• Fox Corporation on its acquisition of 67% of the equity in Credible Labs Inc., a leading consumer finance marketplace in the U.S., for approximately $265 million
• Creative Planning, an independent wealth management firm with approximately $50 billion in assets under management, in connection with a strategic minority investment in its business by General Atlantic
• FinServ Acquisition Corp., a special purpose acquisition company, in its $1.0 billion merger with Katapult Holding, Inc.
• MRC, a diversified global entertainment company, on its establishment of a joint venture with Penske Media Corporation, P-MRC Holdings, LLC, taking over the operations of the Hollywood Reporter, Variety, Rolling Stones, Billboard, Vibe and Music Business Worldwide
• KPS Capital Partners, LP in its $550 million acquisition of Briggs & Stratton Corporation
• Ingersoll Rand in its acquisition of Precision Flow Systems from funds advised by BC Partners Advisors L.P. and The Carlyle Group for $1.45 billion
• A consortium led by CC Capital in its $6.9 billion acquisition of Dun & Bradstreet

• H.J. Heinz Company and 3G Capital in connection with Heinz’s $60 billion merger with Kraft Foods Group, Inc. to form The Kraft Heinz Company

• Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. in connection with its acquisition by Marriott International, Inc.

• Strategic Review Committee of Yahoo! Inc.’s Board of Directors in connection with the sale of Yahoo’s operating business to Verizon Communications Inc.

• Fortress Investment Group LLC in the sale of Florida East Coast Railway to the transportation business unit of Grupo México

• IBM in connection with its acquisitions of Bluewolf Group LLC, Explorys, and Armanta, Inc.
