Alexander Righi is a partner in Kirkland & Ellis' Debt Finance Practice Group, focused primarily on private equity fund finance with experience representing a wide array of investment funds, corporate borrowers, and domestic and foreign financial institutions in a variety of secured and unsecured financing transactions, including syndicated and bilateral subscription-backed credit facilities, domestic and cross-border fund-of-fund financings, management company working capital and dividend recapitalization financings, bilateral loans, bridge loans, acquisition and asset-based financings, and other tailored financing arrangements.
