Dante Roldan is a litigation associate in the Chicago office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Dante has represented clients facing a range of government enforcement actions brought by the Department of Justice (DOJ), the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), and the Financial Industry Regulatory Agency (FINRA), among others. Dante has counseled clients through internal investigations in the fields of securities fraud, Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), sanctions laws, insider trading, and regulatory violations.
