Emmy E. Rush is a litigation associate in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. She represents clients in a broad range of government enforcement actions and internal investigations.
Emmy received a B.A. from the University of Chicago, where she was a member of Phi Beta Kappa and a Student Marshal. She received a J.D. from Yale Law School. Prior to joining the firm, Emmy served as a law clerk for the Honorable Diarmuid F. O'Scannlain on the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
