Sheila Salehpour is an associate in the Technology & IP Transactions Practice Group in the Bay Area office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Sheila’s practice focuses on evaluating and advising clients on complex intellectual property, data privacy, and technology matters that arise in corporate transactions, such as mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and debt financing transactions. Sheila has worked on intellectual property matters across industries, including software, big data, financial services, healthcare and life sciences, manufacturing, gaming and entertainment, and retail and consumer goods industries. Sheila has drafted and negotiated a variety of commercial agreements, including software, trademark, joint development/venture, strategic partnership, and technology licenses or agreements.
