Patrick is a litigation associate in the Dallas office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP, where he focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation. He has experience in a broad array of matters, including high-stakes product liability cases, complex commercial disputes, white-collar investigations, and federal monitorships.

Patrick currently represents 3M Company in the Combat Arms Earplug multidistrict litigation. He has taken both expert and fact depositions, drafted dispositive motions and motions in limine, argued motions in federal court, and prepared expert witnesses for trial.

Recently, he was a member of the trial team that was recognized by The American Lawyer as "Litigators of the Week" for the complete defense verdict following a two-week jury trial.
