Fumihiko Sawada is a visiting attorney in the San Francisco office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. He has practiced for more than four years with Nishimura & Asahi in Tokyo, Japan. He handles a variety of legal issues centered on corporate governance matters and commercial dispute resolution.
