Cristine is a restructuring partner in Kirkland’s New York office. Her practice involves representing debtors (including portfolio, privately-held and public companies) and distressed investors in acquisitions, out-of-court restructurings and Chapter 11 cases. She also advises boards of directors and senior management of financially troubled companies regarding fiduciary duties and corporate governance.
