Suhan Shim is a corporate partner in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. His practice involves advising borrowers, leading private equity sponsors and other financial institutions in a variety of financing transactions, including asset-based loans, cross-border and domestic acquisitions, middle market and large cap financings, restructurings, and working capital facilities.
