Christina Shin is a partner in the Antitrust & Competition group in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Christina represents clients before the U.S. Department of Justice, the Federal Trade Commission, and the state Attorneys General in antitrust merger reviews and civil antitrust investigations. Christina has worked on matters in multiple sectors including life science research products, medical devices, consumer products and petrochemicals. Christina has also represented clients in private antitrust litigation alleging Sherman Act §1 and §2 violations.
