Jordan Silverman is a corporate associate in the Austin office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. His practice focuses on advising international and domestic energy companies and private equity firms in complex transactions across the energy sector, including mergers and acquisitions, acquisitions and divestitures of oil and gas assets, joint ventures, and various commercial agreements.
