Alison Skaife is a tax partner at Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Alison focuses her practice on the tax aspects of complex business transactions and reorganizations, with a particular concentration on real estate transactions, private equity and real estate fund formation, and REITs and real estate joint ventures, as well as mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, and bankruptcy restructurings.
