Represented a leading global technology company in a multi-year investigation by the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) and Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) into Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) issues in the company’s China operations
Conducted various FCPA internal investigations on behalf of a leading global pharmaceutical and medical device company in response to whistleblower allegations and compliance escalations in China
Represented Chinese issuers in connection with securities litigations relating to U.S. IPOs in federal and state courts
