Overview

Eric Speckhard is an IP litigation associate whose practice focuses on intellectual property litigation and appeals. Prior to joining the Firm, Eric served as a law clerk to the Honorable Kimberly A. Moore at the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.

Eric graduated from Columbia Law School, where he earned the Carroll G. Harper Prize for achievement in intellectual property studies and writing and served as a research assistant to Professors Jane C. Ginsburg and Clarisa Long, studying international copyright and unfair competition, respectively.
