Overview
Michael Steele is a partner in Kirkland’s London office. His practice focuses on private equity sponsors and financial investors across a broad range of complex corporate and financing transactions, including the full spectrum of public and private corporate transactions, M&A, real estate and financing.
Michael was named “London’s Rising Star” in 2012 by CityAM. Michael was also listed as one of Europe’s “40 under 40: Rising Stars of Legal Service” by the Financial News in 2013. Chambers, Legal 500 and IFLR 1000 list Michael as a notable practitioner.
