Tim Stephenson heads the Firm's Labor and Employment Group in support of the Firm's transactional and restructuring practices. His practice focuses on counseling and acquisition-related due diligence and risk assessment, post-acquisition labor and employment counseling, bankruptcy planning and execution, general corporate employment (executive compensation and terminations), traditional labor (National Labor Relations Act and Railway Labor Act), federal and state discrimination charges and litigation, Fair Labor Standards Act compliance (and similar state laws), and OFCCP government contractor audits. His estimated practice mix: labor and employment counseling (including employment law, traditional labor, executive compensation/termination, and related litigation support), 70%; Transactional labor/employment due diligence and risk assessment, 20%; Restructuring/Bankruptcy, 10%.
