Dr. Tobias Stuppi is a tax associate in the Munich office of Kirkland & Ellis International LLP.
His practice focuses on international tax law and business taxation including the taxation of M&A transactions, corporate reorganizations and tax controversies. Furthermore, he advises on the tax aspects of international fund structures, investments and financial instruments.
