- Dingdong (Cayman) Limited (NYSE: DDL), a leading and fastest-growing on-demand e-commerce company in China, on its initial public offering of American depositary shares on the New York Stock Exchange
- Canadian Solar Inc., one of the world’s largest solar technology and renewable energy companies, in its USD150 million ATM offering

- Q&K International Group Limited, one of the biggest long-term apartment rental company in China, in its USD50 million IPO, convertible notes & warrants offering, Nasdaq-listing, and regulatory compliance matters;
- The underwriters, in the USD70 million IPO and NYSE-listing of China’s largest pet-focused platform, Boqii Holding Limited;
- The underwriters, in the USD78 million IPO and Nasdaq-listing of a leading property technology company in China, Fangdd Network Group Ltd.;
- The underwriters, in their exercise of the green-shoe option in Yalla Group Limited’s USD140 million IPO. Yalla is a social networking and entertainment platform active in the Middle East and North Africa;
- Republic of the Philippines, in its issuance of USD2.75 billion sovereign bonds and regulatory compliance matters;
- iClick Interactive Asia Group, a digital marketing company, in its Reg S convertible note offering;
- JinkoSolar Holding Co., Ltd., one of the largest and most innovative solar module manufacturers in the world, in its USD100 million ATM offering;
- Amundi Asset Management’s establishment of a wealth management joint venture in the PRC with Bank of China Wealth Management Company Limited; and
- Sky Solar Holdings, Ltd., a global developer, owner and operator of solar parks, in its tender offer and Nasdaq-delisting.
