Overview

Jorge Toledo is a corporate associate in the Miami office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. He advises public and private companies and private equity firms in a variety of transactions, including domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, tender offers, equity offerings, joint ventures, carve-outs, reorganizations and business combination transactions. He also counsels clients with respect to general corporate, corporate governance and securities law matters.

Jorge received his B.A., with High Honors, from the University of California, Berkeley, and completed his J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School, where he was awarded the Dean’s Certificate of Recognition for his Pro Bono Service Initiative.
