Evan Turnage is an Antitrust & Competition associate in the Washington, D.C., office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Evan advises clients on antitrust matters relating to mergers and acquisitions and represents clients before the Antitrust Division of the Justice Department and the Federal Trade Commission in connection with merger reviews and civil investigations. His practice has touched a wide range of industries, including software and technology, energy, chemicals, and gambling.
Evan focuses his pro bono efforts on matters involving racial justice, including immigration, expungement, and voting rights.
