Seamus Vaughan Lucey is a restructuring associate in the London office of Kirkland & Ellis International LLP. Seamus has experience in cross-border restructurings advising sponsors, debtors, creditors and strategic investors on restructurings of stressed and distressed businesses. Seamus also advises investment banks, hedge funds and private equity houses in their review and diligence of European investment opportunities in par, stressed and distressed transactions.

Advising Steinhoff International in relation to two intra-group reorganisations undertaken as part of a major group restructuring
Assisting the administrators of the Lehman Brothers estate on the sale of a non-performing mortgage portfolio
Acting for an investment fund acquiring a portfolio of foreign law governed non-performing loans and entering a debt servicing arrangement in respect of an additional portfolio of loans
