Sarah Villani is an associate in the Technology and IP Transactions Practice Group in the London office of Kirkland & Ellis International LLP, where she concentrates on the intellectual property, technology, IT and data protection elements of corporate transactions and other commercial agreements. Sarah also works on carve-out transactions, separation issues, and associated ancillary documents, including transitional services agreements.
In addition, Sarah advises clients on data protection compliance (including with regard to the EU General Data Protection Regulation).
